Prof, Field Sales Services Training Spain

Job Purpose 

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Field Sales Services team for the Spanish market, mainly supporting the development of training and sales materials

Key Responsibilities 

Training & Sales Materials Development
•    Localise group training materials according to country’s needs, language and peculiarities and publish to commercial teams
•    Develop ad-hoc local training materials addressed to Spain field sales teams
•    Gather communication inputs and prepare/update communication material, also with the aim of engaging commercial teams on brands, categories, product launches, plans, promotions, targets, best practices around activation, specific initiatives
•    Understand and analyse raw information to adapt to the Digital Medium

Support other field sales services tasks executed in the team (examples)
•    Support the SAP admin in the generation of cold drink equipment requests, equipment movements and malfunction notifications. 
•    Monitor sales incentive target achievements (monthly/quarterly)
•    Calculate ad-hoc Incentives (e.g., prizes, peculiar targets)

Education & Qualifications required 
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, Data Science, or a related field.
