ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Production Team Member- to join the team in the longest servicing Container Deposit Scheme in Australia. This is located on our site in Ottoway, South Australia.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your role as a Team Member will involve contributing to the safe & efficient operation of the Production and Warehouse facility, operating plant and equipment to process bottles and cans, while fulfilling the teams’ strong housekeeping standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Always promoting safety & wearing PPE as required.
- Be involved in Training, Competency, and adherence to SWP’s with Sign off/Authorise.
- Read and understood state-wide policy and procedures.
- Understand all Safe Work Method statements (SWMS) relative to your work task and keep up to date with changes.
- Clear communication with direct reports and senior managers.
- Housekeeping and maintaining cleaning standards.
- Ensuring your work area is clean and tidy, eliminating or reducing hazards or risks.
- Immediately reporting any incident, accidents, hazards or risks to your supervisor
- Providing skills sharing with other employees as required.
- Participate in toolboxes and safety meetings as required.
- Day to Day duties as required & following any reasonable request by your direct or indirect manager.

- Forklift experience & Forklift License
- Plant/machinery experience & First Aid favourable but not essential
