The role:

The position exists to implement the marketing calendar and activities within their defined Region, including in trade activations and events. The position builds and drives excitement for our brands as well as visibility across the region.  

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Must have a Sales and Marketing, Business, or similar undergraduate degree.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in FCGM / marketing company or agency, experience in analyzing market share, availability and other distribution related reports, experience in negotiating and working with vendors for POS material.
• Leadership of the marketing function within the Region.
• Management of the team – inc casual staff.
• Commercial acumen.
• Budget management.
• Excellence in execution.
• Curiosity.
• Engages and inspires.
• Collaborate and influences.
• Analytical skills.
• Event management.
• Customer engagement skills.
• Fluency in English and Pidgin.   
• Involvement in supervising,
