ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As Associate Tax Director for Australia and the Pacific (AP), you'll drive the regional tax strategy in alignment with global priorities. You’ll play a key role in tax compliance, planning, reporting, and risk management while acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders across the AP region.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead and manage all tax matters across the AP region, ensuring alignment with CCEP’s global tax strategy.
- Provide clear, commercial tax advice to senior leadership on local and international matters.
- Oversee tax compliance, reporting, planning, and audits—acting as Public Officer for the Australian Tax Consolidated Group.
- Collaborate with global tax teams on strategic projects including merger & acquisitions, restructuring, and cross-border initiatives.
- Develop team capability through coaching, performance reviews, and career planning.
- Build strong relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors across jurisdictions.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes and represent CCEP in consultations and policy discussions.
- Leverage technology to drive compliance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- University degree in Law, Accounting, Tax, or Finance
- 15+ years of experience in Australian and international tax, including transfer pricing, compliance, and strategic advisory work.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax and accounting principles.
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management abilities.
