About Your Role

Are you ready to drive value across CCEP Australia’s Sales and Commercial Digital Toolset, leveraging salesforce.com technology? As the Senior IT Business Partner – Sales & Commercial, you’ll be the face of our digital transformation initiatives across our Australia Sales & Commercial functions, while ensuring alignment with our global digital strategy and roadmap.

In this key role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of next generation salesforce effectiveness digital capabilities across Australia, supported within a global sales and commercial context. You’ll optimize business processes and technologies, driving innovation and efficiency while providing impactful updates to senior management.

• Guides the Functional Business Partner team, fostering an inclusive culture and aligning global/local strategies to resolve challenges and improve processes.
• Communicates program objectives effectively, mentoring resources for professional development and ensuring alignment across projects.
• Assesses business process changes for technology impact, supports solution deployment, and ensures alignment with evolving business priorities.
• Translates business demand into clear requirements, develops business cases, and manages expectations for solution delivery across commercial and digital functions.
