About your new role…
We have a great opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our team. This role can has the flexibility to be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. We are pleased to offer hybrid working for this role with a split between office and home. You will enjoy liaising with stakeholders locally and globally and there will be some out of hours calls from time to time. There will also be some domestic travel so you can embroil yourself within the manufacturing facilities to implement strategy and drive continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the deployment and governance of Food Safety strategies, plans, projects and systems across Supply, and Operations to protect and enhance CCEP resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation.
- Monitor the implementation of food safety policies and programs for the achievement of objectives and for the continuous improvement of processes.
- Promote the implementation of strategies, objectives and plans that ensures compliance with the quality and food safety standards required by our Brand Partners, Customers, and other defined interested parties. Within this remit all legal and franchise QESH requirements, policies and standards must be met or exceeded.
- This role provides leadership and expertise to create value for CCEP by
- guaranteeing compliance to Q&FS standards and stakeholder requirements,
- by driving sustainable continuous improvement and
- by ensuring effective incident & risk management
Let’s talk about you…
- Tertiary Science/Technical Qualification as a minimum.
- Minimum 5 years technical experience in a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Food Safety Legislation and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO22000 Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Leadership experience of technical teams
