About your new role…
Our fabulous Maintenance Team are responsible for provision of best practice support and customer service across the Production and Maintenance departments and we have an exciting opportunity to join us as our Maintenance Planner at our bustling Richlands site.
This role is a key driver for delivering detailed maintenance plans and schedules that support our Site to achieve optimal equipment uptime.
What will you be doing?
- Ensure maintenance activities are effectively and efficiently planned, managed and delivered to meet business requirements with effective utilisation of resourcing.
- Initiate and implement process and routines to continually improve the maintenance function using Asset Care best practice tools.
- Ensure effective use and continued development of the CMMS System (Maximo).
- Develop maintenance schedule and plans in partnership with production and Reliability Engineers to achieve optimal equipment uptime.
- Ensure maintenance KPI’s are communicated to the maintenance team (T1) to clarify expectations and any non-conformance addressed in a timely manner.
- Actively participate at DOR (T1/T2/T3) meetings.
Let’s talk about you…
- A Trade or engineering qualifications is highly regarded
- Beverage or FMCG process knowledge and experience desirable
- Strong communication skills with ability to motivate yourself and others
- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities required to build the necessary relationships with peers, operations and maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and processes, with technical know-how.
