Senior Manager, Communications

What you become part of:

This role sits within the Communications team and is responsible for delivering integrated, 360-degree communications that build corporate reputation and shape category perception for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

You will contribute to key areas including long-term growth strategy, customer value, responsible and sustainable business, and employee advocacy.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead selected campaigns and initiatives, demonstrating strong project management, collaboration and leadership. You will work across internal and external audiences, using a full mix of channels and platforms, and partnering closely with teams across the business and wider Coca-Cola system.

What to expect:

Involvement in some or all of the following activities:

  1. Campaigns and communications delivery
  • Develop and deliver communications initiatives including campaigns, thought leadership and media relations
  • Generate campaign ideas that strengthen reputation, category perception, customer engagement and employee advocacy
  • Ensure delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels and audiences
  1. Content creation
  • Write and create engaging content aligned to business priorities
  • Working with digital and social media teams, publish this content on our channels, including cocacolaep.com, social platforms and internal channels
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee production of multimedia content from agency partners
  1. Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Work with senior leaders and external stakeholders to shape communications activity
  • Support coordination of communications across markets and functions
  1. Media and external engagement
  • Support media relations activity, including monitoring and responding to enquiries
  • Engage with stakeholders and media where required
  • Manage agency relationships and external partners
  1. Campaign coordination and governance
  • Act as campaign coordinator for multi-market initiatives
  • Manage content governance and editorial routines across channels
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across internal and external communications
  1. Additional responsibilities
  • Contribute to internal communications, including shared editorial responsibility for business updates
  • Provide communications support during sensitive or crisis situations

What we expect from you:

  • Strong experience in corporate communications, including campaigns and media relations
  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence stakeholders
  • Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel communications
  • Strong writing and content development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience working across teams, markets and external partners
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, complex environment
