What you become part of:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join as a Professional in the RTR Central Team (SCNDM). With the support of the Manager/ Senior Manager you will help the team achieve its monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reporting requirements in the fields of:
- Management fees preparation process and the analysis related to it
- Quarterly and annual reporting packs in relation to external Group reporting
- Monthly period-end closing activities
- Local GAAP and tax compliance
- Communication with internal/external auditors
What to expect:
As part of the RTR Central team, the responsibilities of this role are beyond a single BU and will include activities that will require regular communication with various internal stakeholders. You will be part of the fastestdeveloping and dynamic accounting team.
In this role, you will have individual responsibilities related to the fields of work listed above and you also will act as a RTR primary point of contact for all Management fees related activities. You will prepare and contribute to reporting packs that form part of the Group’s HY report and annual integrated report. You will also take a role in the preparation of several statutory financial statements and tax returns.
What we expect of you:
To be successful in this role, you must have University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting), strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills and assists in developing best practice processes and highlighting opportunities for process improvement and cross-country harmonization.
On top of this, we expect you have gained experience with an ERP, preferably SAP. You demonstrate teamwork, build and continue to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders with the RTR team and the Group Financial Controlling team.
Fluency in English is required and good presentation skills to communicate results to your stakeholders. You should have attention to detail, and apply analytical thinking for the evaluation of accounting and business processes.
