Solution Architect Lead - Logistics

Job Purpose:

Responsible for effective delivery of our Supply Chain Solutions roadmap through end to end implementation of projects and products in the area of Logistics according to the Supply Chain Solutions ABP.
Support Director of Supply Chain Solutions and Lead Delivery Owner Logistics with the definition of roadmaps and the evolution of Logistics digital tools and applications.

Main Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture and Delivery:

  • Lead delivery and ownership of BPT solutions in an international environment for the CCEP business.
  • Interface with key and senior stakeholders, support team and other expert teams to define, develop and refine requirements for complex software solutions in Logistics.
  • Lead project teams with internal or external resources to enable delivery of projects and initiatives in scope, budget and time.
  • Deliver new product features and functionalities across the organization and in partnership with business, partners, architects, solution delivery teams, system integrators and software providers in Logistics.
  • Consult with the business, business product owners and business partners to identify challenges or opportunities to improve business capabilities by leveraging Logistics solutions.
  • Leadership for the evolution of functional and technical requirements regarding the existing Logistics solutions and identify new solutions/functionalities & technologies adding value (growth) to our business.
  • Regularly connect and negotiate with the business partner and business to address potential changes of business priorities.
  • Support we have the right strategic planning, technology standards, and architectural framework in place to support current and future cloud based solutions & technologies in Logistics.
  • Work with existing and new suppliers to define future implementations aligned with CCEP roadmaps.
  • Support POCs and Pilots for new BPT technologies in collaboration with business partners
  • Leverage BPT tools and methods to ensure performance of delivery
  • Analysis, planning, execution and closure of projects, including effort estimations, cost calculations and active management of scope, cost, change, risk, quality and communication.
  • Manage dependencies among requirements and projects/initiatives.

Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships and a collaborative environment with stakeholders across CCEP to enable successful outcomes: Business Partners, Architects, Program and Project Teams, Service Delivery, Vendor Management, Procurement, Finance, Security and other teams across CCEP.
  • Oversee the team setup and collaboration of the solutioning across Logistics projects, encompassing both internal BPT and CCEP's delivery partners, upholding and promoting CCEP's values and ways of working.
  • Work in a global, diverse, interactive and open-minded BPT Solution Delivery team located across several regions in the world.

Qualifications:

  • University Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent computer science, business engineering or a comparable subject
  • Languages: English proficiency (must), Spanish, French or German (plus).
  • Required: Working Experience in the area of Logistics.
  • Desirable: Certification in Project or Programme Management (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2).
  • Desirable: Experience in managing teams and additional trainings that enable teamwork and leadership.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7  years' experince in delivering complex IT projects end-to-end in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Solid experience in project management and change management.
  • Broad understanding of business processes in the area of warehouse, transportation management and equipment control (EQS), and their relationship with the underlying technology stack.
  • Experience in designing and implementing advanced digital tools in the area of Logistics.
  • Experience in working with external partners and system integrators.
  • Experience in the consumer product market or beverage industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Appreciation and experience for implementing warehouse and transportation solutions and projects (based on SAP EWM, SAP TM, SAP SD, SAP BN4L, interf acing with 3PLs).
  • Understanding for related innovations, such as: automated guides vehicles, AI-based forecasting, warehouse optimization via digital warehouse twins, visual tracking of pallets and vehicles, fleet tracking & route

           optimization, visual case picking, etc.

  • Understanding of security & architectural requirements and able to effectively collaborate with expert teams.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and robust delivery plans.
  • Knowledge of related business processes and experience in documenting them in suitable tools.
