As Senior Manager People & Culture Business Partner, you play a key role in delivering the people agenda for our Supply Chain organization in Antwerp, including Logistics. Working closely with the Supply Chain Management Team, you translate business priorities into people solutions that strengthen leadership, capability and organizational performance.

As a trusted partner, you advise and challenge leaders across the full People & Culture agenda. You combine strategic thinking with a strong understanding of the operational environment and connect the business with the wider P&C organization to turn people priorities into action.

You report to the People & Culture Director Belux and are based at our Antwerp production site, with occasional travel to other CCEP locations across Belux.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner with the Supply Chain Management Team to translate business priorities into an impactful people agenda.
• Advise and challenge leaders on organizational, leadership and people-related decisions.
• Contribute to broader Belux P&C priorities and strategic projects.

Organization & Talent

• Drive organizational development, team effectiveness, capability and sustainable employability.
• Support leaders with talent development, performance management, career planning and succession.
• Lead and support change initiatives that strengthen the organization for the future.

Employee Relations & Social Partnership

• Take the lead on complex employee relations matters, including performance, long-term absence and organizational change.
• Advise leaders on employee relations and ensure people decisions are handled consistently and responsibly.
• Build constructive relationships with unions, works councils, safety committees and other social partners.

Collaboration & Impact

• Partner with People Services, Centers of Excellence and fellow P&C Business Partners to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Connect business needs with P&C expertise and translate strategy into practical action.
• Contribute beyond your own scope to strengthen the wider Belux P&C agenda.

Profile

We are looking for an experienced P&C professional who combines strong business understanding with the confidence to advise, influence and challenge senior stakeholders. You thrive in an operational environment, build trusted relationships and turn complex people challenges into practical solutions.

You balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and bring the judgement and resilience needed to navigate change, employee relations and different stakeholder interests.

Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a P&C/HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing or Supply Chain environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational and people-related change.
• Strong experience in employee relations and working with unions, works councils and social partners.
• A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Ability to influence, advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
• Strong change management and organizational development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions and teams.

Languages

• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
• Dutch is essential for day-to-day collaboration at our Antwerp production site and with our social partners.
