Quality & Maintenance Technician - Southern Western Australia

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Quality & Maintenance Technician to join our Equipment & Services team, supporting McDonald's restaurants across Southern Western Australia, on a permanent full-time basis.

In this autonomous, field-based role, you'll deliver quality maintenance and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance and customer expectations are consistently met. You'll work closely with customers to identify opportunities for improvement, maintain equipment compliance and quality standards, and provide outstanding service that strengthens our customer partnerships.

This role offers a unique combination of autonomy, customer engagement and regional travel. Supporting customer sites across Southern Western Australia, you'll typically commence work from 5:00am or 6:00am to align with customer operational requirements. You'll have the opportunity to travel throughout the state, averaging around four trips every six months, with destinations including Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Geraldton, Bunbury, Albany and Broome. While some travel may involve an overnight stay, certain trips may require 2-3 nights away from home. To support your success, CCEP provides a fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, and covers all business-related travel expenses, including flights, accommodation and meals.

About the Role:

Our Equipment & Services team manages CCEP Australia's customer equipment fleet, helping deliver the best consumer experience. In this role, you will:

  • Complete preventative maintenance and QMP inspections across customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and deliver first-time fix outcomes where possible.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to meet CCEP and customer standards.
  • Support equipment rollouts and quality improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate service, quality and invoicing records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Champion safety, compliance and a strong safety-first culture.

About You: 

We're looking for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys working independently, solving problems and building strong relationships.

You’ll bring:

  • Electrical Qualification (Cert II) - required
  • Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capability.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety.

Highly regarded (but not essential):

  • Experience servicing beverage dispensing equipment or beverage systems.
  • Knowledge of parts management or CO₂ compliance testing.
  • SAP experience or the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Previous field service, maintenance or technical service experience.
