The role:
This position reports directly to the Executive Assistant & Office Manager and is based in Lae at CCEP PNG’s Head Office. Its main purpose is to manage and look after the reception office area and all administration duties related to this role.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies related field.
- Grade 12 Qualification.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Office Administration or Front Desk reception would be advantage.
- Detailed oriented.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills High ethical standards.
- Team player.
- High level of confidence and confidentiality.
- Must be computer literate.
