The role:

This position is responsible for running a Customer Service support for Customers and Sales Team of CCEP Southern in Port Moresby Depot.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• Added advantage would be to have advance Diploma/Degree in Commerce/Business
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar role
• Must have experience in Logistics/Supply chain softwares like Pronto or Microsoft Dynamics
• Fluent in using Microsoft word, PowerPoint and excel.
• Showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along.
• Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers.
• Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members.
• Ability to multitask and reliable.
• Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies.
• Must be result oriented.
