About the Role

We have a truly amazing opportunity to make a difference here at CCEP in this role at Richlands. The New Product Coordinator is the central contact and coordination point for all product and package change on site, initiated through New Products, and Supply Chain and Site projects. Through managing each project against standard process and checklists, they provide stakeholders with clear, task-driven implementation framework for each change. Whilst managing the process the Coordinator must put communication and stakeholder management to the fore, as key foundation for success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • For internal and external stakeholders, the coordinators are a single point of contact for any change initiative (eg New Product or material changes) for a site
  • Can clearly communicate and manage stakeholders, from machine operators, front line leaders, all functions within the site leadership including Operations Manager, suppliers and Portfolio Managers.
  • Influence stakeholders from senior leadership to line operators as to why, or why not a project or initiative should proceed by being conversant to the benefits or negative impacts to the business.
  • Manage, support and coordinate NPD Gate Process requirements at a site level, such as capability and COGS scoping, capital scoping, risk assessments, systems set up, site communication and engagement, validation and sampling activities.
  • Organise and support trial activities such as planning, costing, scheduling, communication, action management, review and reporting
  • Site lead for any network optimisation projects, coordinating similar activities to above from idea to successful production.
  • Organise trial and implementation of agreed cost improvement of existing products, manufacturing process improvements, packaging improvement and packaging sustainability projects.
  • Effectively support the ongoing development and maintenance of change management processes and related documentation, ensuring consistency of delivery across sites through peer group.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders including NPC, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics, and Engineering, through communication, meeting routines, and engagement
  • Accountability for trial budget planning and input into gate papers.
  • Actively participate in Operational Excellence activities and routines that drive site performance
  • Administer systems in relation to packaging specifications at a site level

About You:

You are organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You enjoy being the coordination point between teams, solving problems, and ensuring that new product and packaging projects run seamlessly. You communicate well, manage multiple priorities confidently, and bring a strong balance of technical understanding and stakeholder influence.

You are someone who can work through ambiguity, keep projects moving, and drive alignment across a wide group of stakeholders.

You’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong E2E supply chain knowledge; confident with SAP, Microsoft Office and system‑driven environments.
  • Solid project management skills with ability to deliver multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive ownership and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Process‑improvement mindset with ability to identify and implement better ways of working.
  • Highly organised with strong time‑management and prioritisation.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity, think laterally and solve complex problems.
