Associate Director, Organisation Learning, Talent & Inclusion

What do you become a part of -

Lead the local strategy and drive the delivery of learning, talent, and IDE activities, agenda and tools in the Integrated Shared Services (ISS ) globally , to meet the needs  of the ISS to deliver the business plan, aligned to CCEP Organisational Learning, Talent and IDE People Strategies.

Collaborate and partner with the CCEP OLT Community of Practice and, at times take a lead on specifically agreed global initiatives for CCEP

Brings OLT leadership, ideas, challenges, and subject matter expertise to ISS LT, connecting in with the central P&C teams to ensure good alignment, adopt best practices where globally agreed, and provide territory context to support relevance in market

What you will do –

Organisational Learning

  • Develop and execute the ISS  L&D  and Capability  strategy that aligns with the organization’s needs- articulating full annual plan of learning for ISS organisation  (leadership, management and functional Commercial, CSSC)
  • Coordinate the learning needs analysis for  the ISS globally
  • Coordinate the learning plan communication in the ISS, including the local regulation requirements (e.g., Employee Forum , legislation, etc.)

Leadership & Management Development

  • Roll out and implement agreed corporate leadership and management development programs across the ISS, aligned with the CoE.
  • Identify individual leadership development needs and build appropriate action plan, including assessment, coaching, mentoring, in partnership with the CoE.
  • Design local leadership programs when needed and gain pre-alignment with the CoE that supports relevance in market and reduces duplication where a global program could be adapted appropriately.
  • When appropriate, co-facilitate in-person development/IDE events alongside CoE colleagues and external faculties/learning providers

Inclusion, Diversity & Equity

  • Support the BU/country LT in driving the IDE plan in alignment with the CoE and partnering with PCBP.

Talent Management

  • Aligned with the central P&C teams, lead the delivery of CCEP talent strategy in within the ISS , working with the Leadership Team and PCBP
  • Lead the identification of key talent and capability gaps, working with the ISS Leadership Team and P&C to activate an action plan to address these gaps
  • Partner with P&C VP ISS  to facilitate Senior talent reviews and succession planning, supporting PCBPs facilitating local reviews
  • Diagnose talent pipeline issues within the ISS and partner with PCBP leaders to define solutions.
  • Promote usage of technology to provide a better career employee experience

What we expect from you –

  • Degree level qualification, or equivalent experience
  • HR related qualification
  • In depth experience of organisational learning & leadership development, talent management, performance management & career planning gained at large multi-national businesses
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and interpretation
  • Strong project management and change management experience
  • Digital and social learning technologies
  • Organisation learning needs analysis & design methodology
  • Talent and performance management practices tools and technology
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills
