Sr Assistant, Field Sales Services NL with Dutch language skills

Job Purpose 

Responsible for executing end-to-end Field Sales Equipment Services for the Netherlands BU, ensuring accurate equipment administration, high-quality service delivery, and effective support to Field Sales teams while maintaining strong data integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

Equipment Management & Administration (Core Scope)

  • Manage end-to-end equipment lifecycle (placements, movements, removals)
  • Create, process, and track equipment-related requests
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment in relevant systems
  • Handle and resolve equipment-related customer complaints
  • Act as operational support contact for Field Sales on equipment topics
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all equipment processes

Equipment Data Accuracy & Control

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of equipment-related data in systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) 
  • Perform regular quality checks and validations of equipment records
  • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system mismatches 
  • Support proper documentation and adherence to data governance standards

Equipment Process Support & Execution

  • Support deployment and standardization of equipment processes within Shared Services
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to equipment management
  • Assist in resolving operational or system-related issues affecting equipment flows

Data & Systems Management 

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Field Sales-related data in systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) 
  • Maintain and update operational data records
  • Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies
  • Investigate system/data integration issues impacting Field Sales processes 

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with NL Business Unit stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with Field Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams 
  • Act as a key contact point for Field Sales support topics

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Support implementation of new tools, processes, and migrations into Shared Services 
  • Contribute to efficiency and service quality enhancements

Key Stakeholders  

  • Internal: Field Sales, Commercial Operations, Cold Drink Operations, Integrated Shared Services, Master Data teams, Data Services, Technology Support Teams
  • External: Customers

Experience required 

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Equipment Management, Field Sales Support, or Data Services
  • Experience working with systems and data in a multinational or ISS environment 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset

Language Capability & expert level

  • English – proficient
  • Dutch – mandatory (professional level)

Education & Qualifications required 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  •  Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar tools is an advantage
