Quality & Food Safety Lead Nordic to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners!

In this one-year temporary position you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead, shape, and optimize Quality and Food Safety strategies in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
About the role
As the Quality & Food Safety Lead Nordic at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), you’ll be the driving force behind deploying and governing Quality & Food Safety strategies, plans, projects and systems across our Nordic operations, including Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and mitigating risks while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to protect and enhance our reputation as a leader in the beverage industry. This is a one-year temporary position.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop, deploy, and govern Quality & Food Safety strategies and plans to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across Nordic operations.
- Provide assertive Quality & Food Safety guidance to the sites/business to ensure focus on the right priorities.
- Lead proactive risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and incident resolution in the areas of Quality & Food Safety
- Support the building of strategic Quality & Food Safety know-how for the CCEP business units end to end in order to ensure readiness to manage new products, new technologies and/or new processes and systems.
- Partner with engineering teams, suppliers, and external experts to align processes and integrate quality into every aspect of our business.
- Be a key point-of-contact for the CCEP business units for interactions with Food Safety authorities and key customers.
- Report to site and business unit leaders about the Quality & Food Safety performance, trends, challenges, risks, and opportunities, while develop and support action plans to meet objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development of Quality & Food Safety capabilities across the Nordic organizations via mentoring and coaching.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-site Quality & Food Safety projects.
Your Profile
We’re looking for a Quality & Food Safety Expert who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving quality and food safety to the next level.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or similar field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality/Food Safety Management within a multinational company
- Demonstrated technological knowledge for process technology.
- Qualification as quality and food safety expert
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in English
