Insights Manager

About Your Role
In this exciting role, you'll lead insight delivery to ensure our commercial environment teams make data-driven, shopper-focused decisions. Your work will directly influence long-term strategies and forward planning, helping us stay ahead in an ever-evolving market.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving market performance reporting, focusing on category value, volume performance, and CCEP share.
Conducting in-depth performance analyses to uncover insights, inform strategies, and present actionable recommendations.
Partnering with senior commercial development leaders to deliver timely and impactful insight projects.
Leading input into the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for key environments, ensuring robust, insight-led plans.
Supporting regional and store-level insight development for field sales priorities.
Championing knowledge-sharing across the business through innovative initiatives like the Learning Lunch programme.
Collaborating with agencies and using advanced data analytics to translate insights into commercial opportunities.
