Job Purpose
The Prof. Disputes & Pricing CTC Germany will be responsible for providing guidance and support for all disputes related processes, escalations and projects with focus on keeping all KPIs and metrics tracked in the Disputes & Pricing team. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CTC service level and effectiveness expected throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Services Delivery
- Operates as a Subject matter expert in CTC related processes
- Develops and recommends action plans to ensure that projects carried out are achieved or exceeded
- Acts as a single point of contact in escalations
- Provides operational support and expertise when needed
- Ensures that deadlines are met and targets are achieved
- Responsible for building training materials and organizing/delivering trainings related to all Disputes & Pricing related processes
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure successful delivery
- Works with the CTC management in order to successfully implement standardized processes
- Ensures all relevant process flows and desktop procedures are reviewed, updated and approved on a regular basis
- Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
- Performs any other ad hoc/additional duties where required by the CTC management
- Supports, organizes and leads, if required, the knowledge transfer process between CTC teams and stakeholders
- Acts as a point of contact for projects and as a link between Varna and Sofia offices, as well as the BU
- Works to ensure continuous process improvement, such as process automatization and optimization
- Creates, builds and maintains reports within the CTC organization
- Acts with high level of proactivity and ownership
Relationships
- Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and support for CTC and Shared Services generally
- Works and liaises closely with entire CTC management, as well as the Finance Business Partners and the specific BU team where required
- Liaises with other key stakeholders as required regarding financial controls and regulatory compliance
- Provides support to the CTC Management Team when asked
Continuous Improvement
- Encourages an environment of continuous improvement in all CTC teams
- Supports the CTC management in driving end-to-end standard CTC processes across the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners business
- Assists in developing best practice processes and highlighting opportunities for process improvement
Leadership and People
- Provides coaching sessions to CTC teams to enable each member to maximize their process knowledge and finance analytical skills
- Supports the building of a winning and inclusive culture by promoting diversity
- Acts as a role model for CCEP values and promotes CCEP ways of working
Experience required
- 3 years Order to Cash experience (with a minimum of 1,5 years in Disputes) in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
- Process improvements implementations
- Strong technical knowledge at advanced level – SAP, MS Office etc.
- Ability to address complex issues proactively and solve them independently
Education & Qualifications required
- University Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance
