Team Leader, CMA (Sofia/Varna) SCDMNT

Job Purpose:
- To manage the day-to-day invoice allocation and processing in accordance to the agreed targets
- Supervise the day-to-day accruals data input into the SAP/Vistex system for our Off-Invoice agreements submitted via AIM or other sources.
- To review the periodic work plan daily to ensure the GB P&L is accurate and up to date on a daily basis
- To manage, develop and support the CMA team
- To prioritise effectively, focusing on what adds the most value to changing business needs and minimise the impacts on the period end financials
Key contributions:
- To oversee and manage the team’s daily workload of the input of contracts into SAP/Vistex on a weekly/periodic basis
- To provide a high standard of service to both internal and external customers
- To extract all SAP/Vistex Creates and Changes daily for the team and review/monitor the accrual results vs. expected and the teams analysis of their inputs
- To ensure compliance in SOX and Operating Controls
- To create and publish monthly accruals KPIs and any other scheduled or ad hoc reports
- To analyse accrual volume and value data and transactional trends by investment type, sub-channel and key account
- To support IT, SSC and the BU with any system bugs or developments and projects as and when required
- To routinely review aged accruals and issue the 180 day report to Sales for review and sign off
- To regularly communicate to Sales & Finance the deadlines and status updates for AIM submissions, authorisations and aged accrual responses
- To routinely analyse Lumpsum accruals and provide for any under or over accruals at each month end, communicating regular forecasts and reasons for movement to CMA Manager and the BU
- Review team’s work on a weekly basis in accordance with the applicable SOX controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or similar
- Previous data entry & supervisory experience
- Previous experience in a Finance environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP systemse
- Knowledge of CCEP AIM system desirable
- Knowledge of CCEP Margin Minder system desirable
- Fluent English language skills
- Confidence to manage a high performing team
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Highly focussed and strong attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
