Equipment & Services Team Overview

The EQS Field Service & Installations teams are dynamic teams that are responsible for the installation, removal and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Removal, Servicing, QA, Preventative Maintenance of CCEP wide range of equipment. The role of the Equipment & Service Installations Technician is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by way of maximizing equipment uptime of CCEP’s equipment.

 Role Purpose

A core element of CCEP’s growth strategy rests on an equipment growth and installations strategy whilst ensuring CCEP receives return on the investment for placement of CCEP equipment. A core function to the role as an EQS Installations Lead is to ensure that customer needs for service/installation are met in a timely and professional manner. A core element of CCEP’s growth strategy rests on an equipment growth and installations strategy whilst ensuring CCEP receives return on the investment for placement of CCEP equipment. A core function to the role as an EQS Installations Technician is to ensure that customer needs for service/installation are met in a timely and professional manner.

The key elements to this role are:

  • Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our team members, and our consumers safe at all times and providing the best possible customer service
  • Conduct equipment installations, removals and site surveys
  • Equipment selection that will drive efficiency into EQS, whilst ensuring the customer requirements are met
  • Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure installations occur within the customers expectations and time frames
  • CCEP Equipment Installations are compliant to CCEP and Australian Standards
  • Conduct EQS projects, efficiently and on time
  • Providing service at the lowest sustainable cost
  • Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools
  • Contributing to team success
  • Actively participate and understand the principles of continuous improvement through structured RCA's(Root Cause Analysis)
  • Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
  • Actively participate in CCEP's OE (Operational Excellence) platforms

About You

We are looking for the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
  • Experience dealing with multiple priorities
  • Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives / resources.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organisational capabilities

Technical Skills (on the job training provided)

  • Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
  • Refrigeration or Electrical Qualification – Not essential but preferred 
  • Parts management
  • Beverage dispenser knowledge
  • Postmix equipment knowledge
  • Frozen equipment knowledge
  • Coffee machine knowledge

Qualifications/Licenses

Desirable

  • Electrical or Refrigeration Trade qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Electrical qualification – Test & Tag Course Completed.
