Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Training Services, developing training materials and adjusting them to specific country needs if needed, scheduling and delivering course sessions and keeping track of training completion.
Key Responsibilities
Training Execution
• Organise and schedule formal training interventions in accordance with the organisation development plan
• Organise logistics for training sessions (reserve rooms/inform trainer/security/ catering)
• Recording of all training conducted and updating of associated documentation
• Support new joiners onboarding process virtually, providing materials and participating in virtual sessions
• Manage centralized training repository
Key Stakeholders
Internal: Relevant commercial teams in the BU, People Services
External: Training providers, Trainers
Experience required
Experience of training new processes or skills

English and French – proficient
