ABOUT YOUR ROLE 

  • As part of the Sourcing Team tower within the CCEP Procurement team, this role can be allocated to any of the Procurement Categories to deliver on the objectives of the role and be accountable for sourcing initiatives and/or Procurement projects over the course of a year.
  • Take ownership of identified sourcing events, and working closely with the category team, lead the Seven Step sourcing process and project management routines.
  • Optimise procurement costs and ensure quality and security of supply for all materials and services purchased using the Total Cost of Ownership approach.
  • Identification of cost optimization and CRS opportunities across all the categories and projects in which the position may operate. 


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Deliver high level cost savings through sourcing events, utilizing the seven step sourcing process and effective negotiation and contracting delivering measurable impact directly to CCEP P&L
  • During execution of the sourcing process, consider all risks to CCEP, escalating where appropriate and deliver risk management strategies to mitigate the impact of volatile supply markets
  • Take a leading role in understanding business requirements, supplier negotiation strategy development and execution and deliver supply agreements in accordance with strategy objectives to ensure delivery of optimum business results
  • Develop creative, implementable, value focused sourcing strategies and identify new sources of supply
  • Facilitate access to supplier innovation to deliver competitive advantage and cost reduction to CCEP and support delivery of strategic priorities
  • Ensure CRS criteria are included in the balanced scorecard when evaluating business allocation within every sourcing initiative and ensure suppliers are approved and comply with TCCC Supplier Guiding Principles
  • Ensure transparent communication of value outcomes through use of established KPIs and reporting systems
  • Ensure the implementation and respect of CCEP policies and adherence to business standards.


LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU! 

  • Experience of Procurement and Sourcing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in FMCG environment
  • University Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Economics or other related field 
  • Strong project and/or change management experience 
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills
  • Experience in extracting and working with complex data sets
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at a senior level and build strong relationships
  • Strong experience negotiating across multi categories and projects
