Location: Moorabbin, VIC
Permanent, Full-Time
Shift-based role across a 24x5 and 24x7 operation
Applications close: Friday May 15, 2026
We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) - 42,000 people across 31 countries, working together to make, move, and sell some of the world’s most loved beverages. As a leading global consumer goods company, we support 4 million customers and continue to invest in new products and innovation to delight the 600 million people who enjoy our drinks each day.
In Australia, our portfolio includes the Coca-Cola family of products and well-loved brands such as Sprite, Fanta, Monster and Mother Energy, Mount Franklin, Powerade, Billson’s, and Grinders Coffee.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Production Team Member to join our collaborative, experienced and supportive team at our Moorabbin site. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, work with modern production equipment, and help manufacture the beverages Australians know and love on our can and bottle lines.
You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in safety, quality and performance, with full training provided on all equipment and systems. Many of our leaders started their careers in production roles, making this a genuine pathway to long‑term career growth within CCEP.
Shift patterns are aligned to operational needs and may include day, afternoon or night shifts depending on business requirements. While a night shift opportunity is currently available, flexibility to work across different shifts is an important part of working in a 24‑hour manufacturing environment.
Shift changes are managed in line with our Enterprise Agreement, including consultation and notice requirements, ensuring fairness and transparency for employees.
