Source to Pay
This team manages the end to end purchasing and payment process, from sourcing, procurement and spend analytics through to accounts payable. They set up and handle payments to suppliers. They also oversee travel and expense processes and company credit cards and payments to employees for their work related travel. By driving efficiency and continuous improvement of business processes, Source to Pay helps keep operations smooth and cost-effective across the business.
Customer to Cash
This team manages the end-to-end process of turning customer orders into cash. They ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth cash application, helping maintain strong customer relationships and healthy cash flow. By monitoring credit risk, resolving disputes, and driving process improvements, Customer-to-Cash keeps the business financially sound and supports growth.
Record to Report
This team oversees the full financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. They manage period-end accounting, Group IFRS consolidations, statutory accounting (local GAAP) and corporate tax compliance. By safeguarding data integrity and driving process improvements, Record-to-Report provides clear, reliable insights that support decision-making and keep the business compliant.
Service Enablement
This team drives harmonisation and continuous improvement across ISS. They focus on process automation, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships—both internally and with key partners. By leveraging data and insights, they enhance decision-making, performance and productivity, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, improved experiences, driving value across the business.
New Product Innovation
This team supports the innovation value chain managing end to end data from early product concept to launch of fully operational products. Key responsibilities include data governance, modelling and analytics as well as product life-cycle costing, budgeting standards, and packaging sustainability. By ensuring accuracy and efficiency, they enable CCEP to bring new products to market with speed, quality and at scale.
Planning and Performance Management
This centre of expertise team provides reporting and analysis across key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement. They deliver insights on operational expenses, financial planning, and performance management, ensuring decisions are backed by accurate data. Focused on standardisation, harmonisation, and continuous improvement, they leverage business intelligence tools to drive efficiency and support strategic goals across the organisation.
Data and Insights
This team aims to support the decision-making process of the commercial business units, to ultimately accelerate business performance for CCEP. They provide insightful, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders within the Business Units.
Commercial Operations
This team delivers integrated commercial services to CCEP, supporting both in-country and above country teams with providing strategic insights, communication management, administrative tasks, technical support and promotional activities. By streamlining processes, they allow commercial teams to concentrate on customer engagement and value creation.
