Working across our 31 markets, our team is responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS), and providing insights to support strategic decision-making directly influencing business success and growth.

Treasury & Risk
This team keeps the business financially secure and resilient. They manage liquidity, funding, and financial risk to ensure stability and support growth. From safeguarding assets to planning for the unexpected, they play a critical role in protecting the company’s future.
Corporate Audit Services
This team provides independent assurance to the Board and senior leaders that risks are being managed effectively across all parts of the organisation. It reviews processes, controls, and compliance with laws and policies worldwide to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability. Beyond assurance, it also advises management on improvements to strengthen governance, efficiency and resilience.
Group Financial Controlling
This team keeps the big financial picture in focus and makes sure we have a robust control environment. They monitor performance, manage budgets, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions across the business. By ensuring accuracy and transparency, they help drive growth and keep us on track. They are the technical accounting and finance experts, manage and liaise with external auditors.
Group Planning and Performance Management (Group PPM)
This team drives strategic decision-making and financial performance management across the business to deliver our external and internal financial goals. They monitor performance and provide insights through forecasting, planning, and analysis, ensuring resources are aligned for long-term profitable growth. By guiding priorities and enabling visibility, they help keep the company focused and on track.
Procurement
this team makes sure we execute our business strategy by securing the right goods and services at the best overall total cost of ownership (TCO).They manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance to legislation while supporting the business with cost-effective solutions. Procurement manage risk with our third party vendors, covering financial risk, reputational risk and supply risk and also develop and execute hedging strategies to protect CCEP from market volatility. The procurement team drives sustainability and compliance in sourcing practices, and influences vendor sustainability strategies in line with our This is forward strategy.
Internal Controls
This team is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective and efficient internal control environment to ensure that financial statements are accurate, reliable and compliant with all relevant regulations such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). This team works closely with various stakeholders across different parts of the organisation to provide guidance and support as well as perform finance focused risk assessments on key projects.
