Context:
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is a global player and nothing can satisfy our thirst for growth: We invest not only in talented employees but also in growth categories like coffee. As a Coffee Expert, you support the Coffee team in developing our coffee strategy (brand & portfolio, commercials, route to market,...) And help strengthen CCEP's credentials as a strong local coffee player in Belux

Your job will involve:

  • Your coffee expertise allows you to assist the team in creating value growth with existing customers as well as generating new ones
  • In your role, you act as CCEP ambassador at coffee events, in specialised forums and at internal events, creating a positive external image and coffee expertise for CCEP as a key player in the coffee market
  • Together with the European team, you develop the appropriate innovation strategy for Belux. You provide support including market and portfolio analyses, shopper and consumer needs, taste profiles and product testing in a cross-functional way working with other teams
  • You will help build our customer service strategy.
  • Being a point of contact and advisor to the whole team to ensure the best possible communication and coffee expertise is used towards our customers.
  • Help build the training curriculum of our sales teams (coffee team and beyond) and provide training yourself with a focus on product and category intrinsics to raise the level of coffee knowledge and coffee culture in the teams

Profile must haves:

  • Great knowledge of Dutch, French & English
  • A passion for coffee and SCA Certificied

Profile nice to haves:

  • University (technical) training in business administration or commercial orientation with relevant work experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the coffee sector with a very good understanding of the product, the category, the market, the shoppers, and consumers
  • Good knowledge of the away from home market, ideally of branded products in the FMCG sector
  • Ideally, you've already performed a similar function for a company in the coffee sector
  • Strategic, analytical and communication skills (inspire, coach) combined with a result-oriented way of working & strong team player.
