Our Distribution Centre team plays an integral part in getting our products in to your hands - before we even make the product, our team is planning out what we need, how much, and where it needs to go - not an easy task! We're on the search for our next Distribution Requirements Planner, someone to be the brains behind our supply and ensure that our customer demand is accurately and efficiently satisfied. The Role
This role is responsible for planning Nationwide DRP in a timely and effective manner, to facilitate strong Sales & Operational planning processes and outcomes and to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to internal stakeholders. Your big-picture thinking is vital in this role, as you'll need to accurately balance forecasts, stock availability, as well as keeping in mind the shelf life of our products.
About you
Given the nature of this role, we need someone who has impeccable attention to detail and takes pride in their precision and accuracy. You'll need to be an analytical person, always seeking to find ways to do things better and having a solutions-focused lens on your work. A critical aspect of the role is the ability to manage key stakeholders within our business - so, you'll need a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively. The strength of your relationships will enable you to leverage them when required, and in turn you'll be willing to go above and beyond for your stakeholders. In an ideal world, you'll have DRP experience and will have worked in a large fast moving supply chain environment similar to ours; however, it's more important to us that you've got a passion for optimising opportunities and find ways to do things better.
