We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a 12-month fixed-term opportunity starting February. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our leadership team, where you’ll be the trusted partner who keeps everything running smoothly and enables our MD to focus on driving strategy and growth. What you’ll do:
- Be the right hand to our MD—manage diaries, travel, and keep everything running smoothly
- Coordinate leadership meetings, events, and special projects
- Support the NZ Leadership Team to deliver on business objectives
- Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners
- Stay one step ahead, anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Work flexibly within the day, balancing in-office and virtual hours while being present in the office five days a week.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (ideally MD or CEO level)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs
- Demonstrated success managing complex travel arrangements and high-volume administration
- Confidence managing events from small to significant with a range of audience sizes and types
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- Confidence in handling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: FMCG experience is a plus!

What’s Next?
We’ll be reviewing applications as they come in, however, due to the holiday season, there may be some quieter periods. Screening will take place in January, followed by shortlisting and interviews during the week of January 19. The successful candidate is expected to start in February.
