Senior Manager, Corp Transformation

By joining the Business Transformation Office (BTO) at CCEP, you become part of a high-performance team that thrives on strategic thinking and collaboration. The BTO functions like an internal consulting unit and think tank, bringing together top talent to design and drive impactful change. As a transformation catalyst, you'll contribute to shaping the company's direction and be involved in business redesign initiatives that support ongoing growth and success.
BTO members are located across different georgraphies and embrace hybrid ways of working. All members of the team work as part of a resource ‘pool’ and will usually focus on one or more areas or projects.
What to expect:
1. Business analysis and reporting
Perform data-driven analysis to support decisions and/or ad-hoc analysis for CCEP leadership.
• Understands CCEP's value chain and can seamlessly integrate complex data with specific operational areas (e.g. Commercial, CS&SC), to uncover strategic business opportunities and drive
informed decision-making.
• Gather insights and identify opportunities and risks, leveraging an in-depth understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, customer behavior, and supply chain complexities.
• Provide recommendations based on market trends, competitive benchmarking, and financial performance insights to enhance business strategies.
2. Program & Project Management
Provide Project Management support through a comprehensive knowledge of CCEP’s project management methodology. Key elements are:
•Take ownership and ensure a robust project plan is defined, identifying key activities and milestones, as well as core team members, and interdependences. Monitor plan and activities along with
critical path and escalation of delays/blockers/risks. Ensure governance is defined and set up. Provide support in material development for relevant governance meetings.
• Monitor deliverable progress and ensure quality assurance process is in place.
• Engage with and manage external providers effectively
• Engage and align with internal stakeholders, leveraging strong influence and negotiation skills to ensure successful initiative delivery across various business functions.
• Being able to connect the dots and foster alignment between the project objectives and CCEP’s long term strategy.
• Identify new and innovative ways to make the process more efficient / effective. Push the organisation to make things happen On Time, On Budget and On Quality.
3. Business capability development
Where needed, Subject Matter Expertise will be related to key cross organisation processes with a focus on either Market to Order, Order to Cash, Forecast to Load,Hire to Retire, or other critical FMCG value chain components.
4. Act as a change management ambassador
• Identify change management needs, follow change management framework to effectively address them.
• Embed change management approach to day to day routines and programmes.
• Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders across the business, using deep knowledge of CCEP’s operational and commercial landscape to drive alignment and achieve expected results.
5. Value Management
• If required, work closely with Finance and/or the BTO team to track financials and key performance indicators (KPIs), including savings, and CAPEX/OPEX spend.
• Ensure transformation initiatives drive measurable financial impact and operational efficiencies, supporting CCEP’s broader business goals.
• Leverage strategic acumen to assess financial risks, prioritize high-value projects, and embed financial discipline within transformation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
• At least 5 – 10 years previous experience of project based work and management, including complex and large projects / programmes. Preference for consultancy background.
• Storyboarding and strategic conceptualization skills of complex business challenges into structured problem statements and solution
• Problem solving skills
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to process and synthesize high volumes of complex data into actionable insights and propose improvements
• Strong MS Office skills (ability to manage complex set of data in excel and to develop structural and executive presentations)
• Experience in business process benchmarking and/or optimisation
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams, including C-suite leaders.
• Able to effectively deal with difficult and challenging conversations
• Have a positive approach to change / change management
• Resilient and flexible mindset. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in an evolving, dynamic and fast pace environment.
• Able to work both independently, as part of a high-performing team and used to collaborative environments
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work in very tight deadlines
• Ability to integrate financial insight with operational execution to deliver transformative results across markets.
Nice to have
• Expertise in FMCG industry, including supply chain, revenue growth management, and commercial execution.
• Knowledge / certification in different project management methods (waterfall and agile)
• Consulting background
• Experience in different markets across CCEP, including APS.
