About the role
Step into a dynamic field-based role where you’ll represent some of the world’s most iconic brands, ensuring they’re always available and delivered with excellence in the Melbourne East region.
This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis (Monday to Friday 9am-3pm).
You’ll work across a variety of customer environments — from independent convenience stores to cafés and restaurants — building strong relationships and creating positive customer experiences every day. Your territory will include Doncaster to Eastland and surroundings.
This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in your local area, while being supported by a collaborative and high-performing team.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within [insert] territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Monitor competitor activities and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional success
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Essential Requirements
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
