Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for leading the implementation and effectiveness of the global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) programme within Indonesia, ensuring alignment with APS (Australia, Pacific & Southeast Asia) regional priorities and local regulatory requirements.
The role works in close partnership with key stakeholders (e.g. P&C, PACS, L&D, and compliance risk owners/SMEs) to embed ethics and compliance initiatives across the business and provides expert E&C advice, guidance, and support.
The role also contributes to global and regional E&C initiatives and projects, providing market insights and supporting the development and enhancement of the broader E&C programme.
Main Responsibilities:
Programme Implementation & Governance
- Support and ensure consistent application of CCEP’s global E&C programme, including the Code of Conductand related policies, processes, and procedures through robust governance
- Lead the localisation, implementation, and continuous improvement of E&C policies and procedures inIndonesia, ensuring they remain current, practical, and aligned with global standards
Policy Governance & Programme Development
- Support the development and sustainability of a company-wide policy governance programme and overseekey E&C components
- Develop and implement effective tools, routines, and frameworks to support the Code of Conduct and relatedpolicies (e.g. Speak Up, Gifts & Entertainment, Anti-Bribery, Conflicts of Interest)
Risk Assessment & Management
- Support E&C risk assessments and ongoing risk monitoring within the business unit
- Identify, assess, and support mitigation of key risks (e.g. anti-bribery, conflicts of interest)
Data, Monitoring & Reporting
- Review, define, collect, and analyse E&C programme data to identify trends, risks, opportunities andcontribute to the development of the E&C strategy and reporting requirements (company-wide and BUrelated)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor programme effectiveness and support reportingrequirements (BU, APS, and global)
- Provide data-driven insights to inform E&C strategy and business decision-making
- Continuously enhance monitoring approaches, including the use of analytics to strengthen early risk detectionand programme effectiveness
Investigations & Speak Up
- Support the establishment and maturity of local Code of Conduct governance and incident managementframeworks
- Provide guidance on complex or Tier 2 investigations, ensuring alignment with global standards andgovernance frameworks
- Support timely and appropriate response to reported incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation
- Promote and support the Speak Up framework to encourage reporting and ensure fair, consistent casehandling
Training, Communication & Culture
- Design and deliver engaging E&C communications and training to bring the Code of Conduct and policies tolife
- Champion an ethical culture and promote alignment with company values
Business Partnering & Advisory
- Provide E&C-related advice to the business and compliance risk subject matter experts, ensuring guidance ispractical, business-oriented, and aligned with company objectives
- Establish and maintain effective business partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g. P&C, PACS, L&D, Legal,Finance, Supply Chain)
Regulatory & External Environment
- Regularly monitor E&C developments, regulatory changes, and market trends (e.g. KPK environment) toidentify risks and opportunities at BU level
Regional & Global Contribution
- Contribute to APS and global E&C initiatives and projects (e.g. policy updates, programme enhancements,system implementations, projects)
- Collaborate with regional and global E&C teams to ensure alignment, share best practices, and supportconsistent programme delivery
- Provide insights on local risks, trends, and cultural considerations to inform the E&C programme
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Ethics & Compliance or related professional certification (preferred)
- 6+ years in ethics & compliance, legal, risk, audit, or related relevant fields or transferable skills
- Proven track record of managing formal and informal internal and external stakeholder networks, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and regulatory interpretation
- Experience using compliance data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making
- Risk-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Sound written and spoken English language skills
- Commitment to fostering an ethical, inclusive, and speak-up culture
