  • Building effective deployment plans that optimise transport capacity and warehouse utilisation.
  • Working closely with Demand Planning, Capacity Planning and Operations teams to ensure stock is positioned where it's needed most.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and proactively managing shortages, excess stock and supply challenges.
  • Partnering with transport providers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful transfer outcomes.
  • Responding quickly to changing business requirements, operational disruptions and peak demand periods.
  • Analysing network performance and identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and cost outcomes.
  • Supporting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance across all freight activities

About You:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the confidence to make informed decisions and tackle complex challenges.
  • Excellent planning and organisational capabilities.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams.
  • A strong systems aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new processes, tools and ways of working.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, planning, scheduling or other analytical environments will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with SAP (TMS or ECC) is highly preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline are beneficial but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • Work with one of the world's most recognisable brands.
