Transport Reporting Coordinator, Nottingham – 6 month FTC

Temporary

Days based: Monday – Friday, full and part time considered.  Hybrid working available after training period.

Reporting to the Transport Senior Manager, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and talented person who has great behaviours. With a passion for data and reporting they'll be able to help us build and automate accurate reports that gives us visibility of our third party hauliers' performance and costs.  

What we expect of you

  • Create, develop and maintain reports, as well as generating reports from different data sources and systems used by CCEP
  • Manage the current reporting completed by the Transport team within Customer Logistics and identify better ways of working and opportunities for automation. This reporting measures our contracted hauliers on their agreed service levels including On Time In Full (OTIF), Timeliness for Customer and internal deliveries and other service metrics
  • Responsible for streamlining reporting processes and internal procedures
  • Support the Supplier Managers  and Senior Manager in developing a cost focus to weekly and quarterly reviews by providing relevant and accurate data

Skills & Essentials

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power BI
  • SAP knowledge or experience beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
