About the Role

As Associate Director Strategy & Revenue Growth Management, you are our key strategic architect within the Leadership Team Netherlands (LTN). Your expertise extends well beyond the topic of Revenue Growth Management as you set the long‑term strategic direction for our Dutch business and help determine where, how, and why we grow.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the long‑term strategic agenda for CCEP Netherlands, including scenario building, market outlook development and value creation priorities.
  • Own the Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP), ensuring strong strategic alignment with The Coca‑Cola Company and our European leadership.
  • Define the strategic framework for the five RGM pillars Price, Promo, Pack Mix, Investments & Assortment and integrate them into broader enterprise strategy.
  • Translate strategic insights into clear, organization‑wide choices that guide resource allocation, commercial focus, and execution priorities.
  • As a full member of the Leadership Team Netherlands, contribute to critical decisions on business direction, portfolio ambitions, capabilities, investments and organizational development.

You identify the structural drivers behind performance, create clarity on strategic trade‑offs and guide the business through moments of ambiguity, complexity and change. You influence key decisions at enterprise level, ensuring that long‑term value, strategic coherence and disciplined prioritization are embedded in how we operate.

We’re seeking a strategic mastermind with executive presence. Someone who sees the bigger picture, cuts through complexity, and brings structure, focus and direction. You combine intellectual sharpness with strong commercial instincts and have a track record of shaping strategy at senior level.

You bring:

  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience in senior strategic and/or commercial roles with clear accountability for business performance, growth decisions and long‑term value creation
  • Strong strategic judgment: you know when to step back and connect the dots and when to challenge assumptions, data and decisions to drive better outcomes
  • A proven ability to create stability and focus in complex, fast‑moving environments by setting clear priorities, establishing structure and guiding teams through change
  • Inspirational leadership: you energize and develop high‑performing teams, role‑model strong leadership behaviors and create an environment of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and working across multiple functions, enabling and facilitating strategy development and execution within a complex, international organization
  • A strong analytical and numerical mindset with the ability to perform root‑cause analysis, understand commercial drivers, and translate insights into clear implications and actions for revenue growth, pricing, portfolio and profitability
  • A creative and forward‑looking mindset, continuously exploring new ways for CCEP to stay ahead of the market through innovation in growth strategies, commercial models and ways of working
