Job Purpose 

The Shared Services Mgr, RTR will be responsible for supporting the Treasury and Intercompany accounting processes for Europe. The position will also be tasked with driving and delivering RTR service excellence projects to the business with an emphasis on treasury system and continuous process improvement to further enhance the RTR service level and effectiveness expected throughout.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a RTR primary point of contact for Europe Treasury accounting and Intercompany activities.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely completion of Treasury monthly closing for Europe. Perform the required checks and manual postings.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports related to Hedges. Actively communicate with and support Group Controlling team on this matter.
  • Manage and perform all accounting static data changes in Treasury system for Europe.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all Intercompany activities within the team.
  • Maintain positive team spirit, build stronger interpersonal connections and help team members feel satisfied, productive and motivated at work.
  • Periodically assess and review assigned activities, responsibilities and work load within the team and propose reallocation of tasks if needed.
  • Actively participate in and support the process of creation of a consolidated intercompany report in PS4 system by working closely with the reporting team assigned to the project.
  • Ensure that Coca-Cola policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
  • Еnsure timely and detailed analysis and review of the Balance Sheet is performed at month end as well support and input is provided for the P&L review according to internal deadlines
  • Supplies advice on General Ledger processes and support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Coordinates and correspond with all internal and external auditors as assigned
  • Responds to identified local customer issues, queries and needs applicable for RTR

Experience preferred

•    Minimum of 5 years accounting experience preferably in a SSC multi-national organization and/or Big 4 audit firm

•    Ability to address or escalate complex issues within the Record to Report area

•    Solid understanding of general accounting and reporting in compliance with GAAP and requirements of regulatory agencies

Language Capability & expert level

English : essential PLUS one other language

Education & Qualifications required 

•    University degree and professional accounting qualification

•    Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
