CCEP’s Procurement CoE in Sofia is a key enabler of this ambition, bringing together diverse, high-performing teams that deliver procurement capabilities across Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Procurement CoE Lead, the Procurement Enablement Lead plays a critical leadership role within CCEP’s Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE).
The role leads teams responsible for delivering tactical sourcing and other procurement activities across categories and markets in Europe and the Asia-Pacific, ensuring alignment with category strategies, process compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop teams within the CoE, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
• Partner with Tower leads and Business Stakeholders to ensure tactical sourcing alignment with category strategies and business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end tactical sourcing: opportunity assessment, RFX creation, supplier negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Manage workload distribution, ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and support professional growth.
• Influence senior leadership to uphold policies, escalating instances of non-compliance when necessary
• Leverage relevant IT Solutions for process execution and reporting.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing between Procurement, Operations Buying Desk, and regional teams.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and best practice deployment across tactical sourcing activities.
• Deliver performance reports on savings, cycle times, and sourcing compliance.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or similar roles, including people management.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract and Tactical Sourcing frameworks.
• Experience working with digital sourcing, analytics, and procurement platforms, with the ability to leverage technology for process excellence and insights.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
Preferred:
• Experience in FMCG procurement across multiple markets.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German is required.
