Job Purpose 
The role involves supporting KAM and Field Sales in driving business with our customers by being involved and understanding the sales processes and customer needs. Contribute in a reliable and efficient way to secure commercial administration and sales support for processes within the Commercial admin framework.

Responsible for executing tasks with high quality in a timely manner according to defined SLAs. Act with ownership and accountability in deep collaboration with In-country BP and local teams. 

Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality by continuous communication and escalation to solve identified issues.
•    Contribute to high quality ad-hoc business service and support for processes within the Commercial Admin framework
•    Directly manage incoming cases by phone and e-mail from sales reps and customers
•    Calculate manual bonuses for payouts for central customers 
•    Contract management and storage, including creation and updates of existing contracts 
•    Create, follow up and manage Marketing Funds and bonus payments for local customers
•    Continuously handle system housekeeping of contracts and MF budgets in Salesforce & SAP
•    Secure timely and correct article master data in the NPD launch process and update supporting documentation for customer announcements
•    Update customer assortment catalogue with customer articles
•    Update article data on customer demand
•    Collaborate with functions in Shared Service Centre in support processes

·    Commercial departments eg Field Sales, KAM, In-Country Commercial Operations, S&I, Finance
·    SSC: NPI, Customer Master Data, Pricing, CMA team

External:
·    Customers

Experience required 
Experience of providing service both by phone and email and have good experience of customer service and administration. 

Qualifications required
•    Knowledge of customer and product master data 
•    Service minded and good communicator
•    Understanding of business processes

Function and technical skill required
•    Excel, Office
•    Salesforce, Power BI
•    SAP/BW
•    Lotus Notes

Language Capability & expert level
English – fluent
