Job Purpose
The role of the Learning & Development (L&D) Services team at CCEP is to provide support to the internal clients, as well as other key stakeholders who are part of the learning organization. The key responsibilities of each team member are the planning, scheduling, arranging logistics for trainings and courses, budget tracking and reporting on training interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Work with key stakeholders to organize and schedule formal training sessions in accordance with the organisation development plan/Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and L&D processes
Independent administration of trainings after discussion with L&D Manager or Professional regarding scope of service incl. participants support, Purchase Request creation and tracking, administration of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), tracking of costs, follow-up activities (feedback check, participants check)
Organising logistics for training sessions (book rooms; inform trainer/on-site security; order catering)
Recording of all conducted trainings and updating of associated documentation
Communication with external and internal trainers, incl. agreeing on dates, venues, training materials delivery, etc.
Budget tracking, including the creation and management of Purchase Requisitions and Orders
Distribution and processing of internal client requests via Ticket tool
Administration of electronic training records
Continuous Improvement of existing processes and practices
Implement process improvements to optimize the employee learning experience
Experience required
- Experience in a coordination/ administrative role at least 2 years
- Knowledge of training processes is considered an advantage

Language Capability & expert level
- English - essential (other language is considered an advantage)
Education & Qualifications required
University degree in Economics, Business, or Social Sciences. Degree in Human Resources or working towards one is considered an advantage
EDP knowledge (MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP)
Solid knowledge Excel (Pivot, formula)
Previous experience of using a Learning Management System will be an advantage
HTML- program knowledge – basic knowledge beneficial
