• Collaborate with BC Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and Site Champions across Europe to ensure local ownership and engagement in BC activities and assist, where required, in the delivery of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), risk assessments, and the development and review of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Support the coordination and facilitation of training, tabletop exercises and simulations, including developing bespoke scenarios for both Incident Management Teams (IMTs) and BC stakeholders, with occasional collaboration with TCCC to conduct joint test and exercise scenarios to validate BCP arrangements and Incident Management and Crisis Resolution (IMCR) response.
• Drive improvements required to enhance CCEP’s business continuity framework and programme, working to transform traditional BCR into a programme of Organisational Resilience.
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of BCR and IMCR Toolkits to standardise and simplify BCR and IMCR processes.
• Create and maintain BCR data in central tools to facilitate global KRI reporting
• Support on multiple one-off BCM projects depending on changes to the business environment, with opportunities to lead where appropriate.
