Job Purpose

Support strategic multifunctional and cross-country projects in the areas of transfer pricing, business models and operational transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Support on the definition of transfer pricing policies and ensure that they are properly implemented
• Support benefit test analysis with a cross-wise angle as well as preparation of defence files with respect to all intercompany transactions
• Support on transfer pricing audits in all CCEP jurisdictions, and collaborate with BU Tax teams to address queries related to transfer pricing. Prepare ad hoc reports requested by the tax authorities in this regard.
• Support on the preparation of intra-group contracts
• Support on risk assessment and tax provisions in the area of transfer pricing
• Perform financial and economic analyses to support decisions made on intercompany transactions, and prepare presentations and other deliverables related to global and multifunctional projects.
• Support on the identification and execution of Group-wide opportunities as requested
• Support on the identification and execution of digital solutions for different areas of tax and not limited to transfer pricing
• Support on the definition of operating models, process mapping and integration points with other areas of the CCEP
• Partner with various stakeholders across Finance (Procurement, Record-to-Report, PPM) and other functions (Customer Service and Supply Chain, Corporate Commercial Development, Legal, Treasury) with regard to ongoing transfer pricing projects and compliance

Qualifications required

• University Degree or equivalent
• Master in tax
• International experience (either studying or working)

Language Capability & expert level

English : Essential + other CCEP language
