About the role

As Quality Manager at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) you will have a dynamic and important key role where you interact broadly across functions and manage the quality support within the Swedish organization. Through your team consisting of 4 dedicated and competent people that you lead, you will ensure that the quality work meets the high level of standard within CCEP. Your main focus  will be to lead and develop the quality work within our Supply Chain organization, which includes everything from raw material suppliers, production, maintenance, warehouse and distribution to complaints from customers and consumers. With your tactical capabilities, ability to act, energy and determination, you will contribute to CCEP’s continuous development and exciting journey as the world’s largest independent Coca-Cola bottler. You will report to Sr QESH Manager and the position is placed in Jordbro, Stockholm.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Deliver a well-established priority plan of what is most important within your area of responsibility
  • Provide a strategic plan regarding improvements that needs to be implemented – a plan on management level, supported by detailed underlying plans
  • Deliver clear follow-ups and reporting on a monthly basis, or more often if needed
  • Work with individual projects that aims to create structural change
  • Work with the Quality community across CCEP and Northern Europe Business (NEBU) unit in particular
  • Ensure fast and clear management and communication in case of emergency events or crisis within your area of responsibility

This together will contribute to a continuous change over time, visible as a change of culture within your area of ​​responsibility.

Who are we looking for?

We are consider it as requirements that you have:

  • A relevant academic degree
  • Several years of documented experience within Quality and Food Safety (HACCP)
  • Knowledge and experience from working in management systems
  • Knowledge and excellent skills within project management  
  • Knowledge in Swedish law regarding the different areas of responsibilities
  • Fluent skills in English and Swedish
