Senior Manager: Regional Asset Care & Optimisation, GB & Nordics

Job Purpose:

Deliver the systems and process support to optimize the performance and maintenance costs of CCEP assets by delivering optimum Asset Care Programs 
Ensure that CCEP  asset care strategy is applied in all operations sites within the region of GB, Norway, Iceland & Sweden. You will be the functional lead for between 5 and 16 site asset care teams with up to 50% travel to sites in the region. 

What to Expect:

Support the delivery of high asset utilization at lowest maintenance costs, within the region  by driving the implementation of:

•    CCEP Supply chain Asset Care strategy including key pillars of autonomous Lubrication & Inspection, Modular maintenance, Preventive & Corrective maintenance and technical skilling.
•    Analysis, planning and delivery of asset care budgets and costs within the region 
•    Asset care processes, management & tracking systems to plan and deliver asset care processes and track asset care KBIs and costs.
•    Technical support network internally and through equipment service providers, including clear escalation processes, to drive utilization
•    Collaboration with CCEP OE function to jointly co-ordinate asset optimization programs

Implement CCEP Asset care strategy: 
•    Deploy in the region the vision, scope and pillars of the CCEP Asset care strategy to drive line utilization and lower costs. 
•    Ensure the intrinsic pillars of the strategy including Autonomous Lubrication & inspection regime, Modular maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and technical skilling needs are embedded in the regional  asset care teams. 
•    Together with CCEP OE function create site assessment and action plans and support the delivery of asset care plans. This is across manufacturing – process, filling & packaging and automated warehousing equipment.

Asset care budgets & KBIs: 
•    Make use of standardized process to create maintenance  budgets by line and site through detailed maintenance plans and benchmarking and optimization
•    Drive the process to establish asset care budgets with sites and then benchmark to optimize and track delivery by period through site teams.

Asset care processes: 
•    Define & manage the detailed CCEP processes for autonomous maintenance, modular maintenance and planned preventative maintenance and translate these into specific plans for each pillar for the sites in your region. 
•    Monitor and evaluate the CCEP asset care KBI’s and scorecards and leverage sites to include these in their operating KBIs to deliver improved performance. 
•    By using the maintenance management system for CCEP Asset care – SAP PM – create and maintain scorecards, financial and performance tracking, spares

inventory management and optimization systems.

Technical support for Asset Utilization:
•    Lead the provision of technical support from Equipment suppliers to support the delivery of asset care for CCEP sites within the region and support the procurement process and optimization of the spares, service, asset care consumables.
•    Follow a clear escalation process within CCEP and with all key OEM’s to resolve equipment failures and supplier after-market support
•    Support the development of Preventive and predictive asset care systems for CCEP.

Collaboration with Opertaional Excellence (OE) function
•    Be the DT&P interface with the OE function at regional  level for the purpose of improving asset performance, through improved and standardized asset care routines.
•    Through the site asset care and OE teams seek asset upgrades / improvements and translate these into business cases and projects to optimize performance of CCEP installed asset base
•    Support the development and delivery of a technical skilling program for CCEP asset care teams jointly with manufacturing and OE with the support of L&D and supplier partners.

Skills and Essentials:

Experience Preferred:

•    Experienced asset care manager adept at conceptualising and developing concepts and using systems.

•    SAPPM familiarity and usage experience
•    Experience in Maintenance management and Operations Management. 
•    Good influencing and communication skills (both verbal and through other media)

Functional technical skills required:
•    This role will manage the supply, storage, transport and installation of equipment, materials and goods as well as the organisation's manufacturing and production operations so skills need to be aligned with this
•    Activities include assembly; materials control and planning; managing supplier relationships; logistics and supply-chain management; purchasing; and inventory control

•    Activities may involve various branches of the engineering profession, for example electronic, environmental, mechanical, maintenance or plant engineering 

Behavioural competencies required:
•    Leading a Project group within a Business Unit or Function, building plans, projects, business cases and supporting delivery through others & suppliers

Qualifications required:
•    Engineering, process technology or technical packaging  and / or project management tertiary education, ideally a degree qualification. 

Travel required:
•    50% time travel required in country / outside together

Language capability:
•   Fluent in written and verbal communication in English
