Job Purpose 

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Reporting & Analysis service line, creating and monitoring analytics projects to support commercial teams and drive measurable improvement in brand & execution performance.

Key Responsibilities 

Commercial Reporting
•    Manage complex data sets and produce complex, in-depth reports to create actionable insights (including report customization for individuals)
•    Manage updates and improvements of local commercial operations reports
Commercial Analytics
•    Coordinate and set up advanced analytics projects, including:
•    Using data-based insights on outlets to direct field sales and brand initiatives
•    Measurement of success of previous initiatives and outlining key learnings
•    Driving improvements within the operations of field sales teams through better use of data
Communication & Relationship Building
•    Communicate results on an ongoing basis with seniors and proactively follow up in progress to ensure end results
•    Build rapport with senior stakeholders from field sales, commercial development and BPT. Integrate with their routines to understand priorities and deliver value relevant to their objectives 
Storytelling
•    Build compelling data-based stories using PowerPoint and custom PowerBI reports to showcase findings

Language Capability & expert level

  • English – proficient

Education & Qualifications required 

  • University degree in the area of business studies (operations, strategy, management) desirable
  • Technical certification in reporting tools and relational databases is a plus
