Sr Assistant, CTC RS Nordics

Sr Assistant Route Settlement will support and execute the daily activities for enabling an accurate and on-time invoicing process. There will be a close collaboration with the operational teams, 3rd party service providers and distributors to ensure on-time settlement, invoicing and payment of CCEP’s customers. 

Key contributions

Financial Services Delivery

•    Executes Trade sale, @Work and FSV settlement activities in close collaboration with in-country logistic and CS teams. 
•    Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc)
•    Ensures Route Settlement procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner

•    Makes productive use of technology tools and systems including SAP to ensure effective service delivery and accurate CTC data.
•    Ensures all follow up issues on Route Settlement are managed accordingly to the given timelines.
•    Provides support to other team members where required •    Provides support and advice on Route Settlement processes where required
•    Executes the settlement of returns for all channels and handles the unsettled orders and deliveries that are outside the agreed lead times.
•    Involved in timely and accurate reporting to BU and stakeholders to ensure policies and period targets are adhered to
•    Support CTC line manager by gathering data requested by audit teams during financial and SOX audits
•    Handles customer queries/disputes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, escalating where necessary
•    Responds to identified customer issues, queries and needs, or where resolution is urgent and important. 

Relationships

•    Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders in designated BU to drive understanding and support for CTC, local Service Line Owner role and Shared Services generally
•    Works and liaises closely with BU Finance teams, Logistics teams and other departments where required
•    Builds positive relationships with key CCEP customers and 3rd party service providers where required


Continuous Improvement

•    Provides feedback and support to both designated BU and CTC manager in driving end-to-end standard CTC processes across the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners business
•    Proactively improves the quality of end-to-end processes through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement


Route Settlement Team development

•    Supports the Route Settlement & Disputes Nordics Team to build the SSC capabilities so all activities can be delivered in a timely and effective manner
•    Works with each relevant stakeholders in the BUs to build positive, constructive relationships and works in partnership with each to maintain an effective and smooth partnership with the BU

Requirements:

•    A good understanding of wider CTC/Order to Cash/Data Management area processes
•    Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment with a good business acumen

•    Experience in closing procedures
•    Fluent in English (SWE / NO an advantage)
•    ERP experience essential, preferably SAP •    MS Office applications (Excel)
•    Focus on providing the highest level of customer service 
•    Good communication & interpersonal skills
•    Team player
•    Time management, planning and organization
