The role:
The position will be directly reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Highlands and is responsible for overseeing sales operations and leading and guiding the Trade Marketing Reps, Merchandisers and Casuals in and around their area to meet sales targets. The position’s responsibilities may also extend into country locations when required.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Field
- 2 - 3 years working experience in supervising or managing a team.
- Demonstrated strong working understanding in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Current PNG Driver’s License.
- Have exposure in a leadership role including coaching and training.
- Be confident and present high level of confidentiality.
- Systematic and diligent approach to work.
- High Ethical standard.
