Job Purpose
The Analyst role will be responsible for the audit and analysis of a predefined percentage of all T&E expenses as well as perform program support for executive leadership team. This role will perform analysis on transactions, reimbursements, and payments and provide support to the Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews all expense reports and validates if all expenses are supported with proper receipts as per CCE’s policies
- Validates the compliance with the CCE OCM policy as follows:
• Compliance with OCM limits (meals and hotels)
• Inclusion of form for international trips and violation of policy
• Accuracy of expense classifications
• Usage of approved hotel
• Usage of approved transportation / Economy Class vs Business Class, etc./
• Inclusion of form for international trips and violation of policy
• Personal and cash expenses
- Validates the timely submission of the expenses
- Validates the timely approval of expenses
- Creates and analyzes various reports requested by the leadership team, including but not limited to the listed below:
• Frequency of travel per employee
• Cost per trip
• Frequency of usage of airlines
• Total amount of personal expenses on a pre-defined basis
- Reconcile data as needed, complete period end processes and analyze accrual balances to ensure appropriate allocation.
- Create various ad hoc reports and perform analysis as required.
- Prepare presentations, including financial reports and analysis of data.
- Track, rank, monitor compliance utilizing key business indicators.
- Prepare moderately complex reports/analyses to summarize current and projected company financial information.
Experiencerequired
- One to three years’ experience in accounting or financial analysis role preferred.
- SAP work experience preferred
Language Capability & expert level
Fluent in English. Spanish language skills will be considered as an advantage.
Education & Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent Excel knowledge is a must
