Linda Christina Daryanto -
Head of SC Planning & Customer Services
CCEP Indonesia (was Amatil Indonesia) is my first company where I got my first job.I joined the company through Graduate Trainee Program in 2000. I was also included in the Top 3 Best GTPs in the GTP Graduation. I am a person who’s willing to learn and face challenges, that’s why working in this company as GTP was the right path for me. It’s been 13 years of having quality experience from Quality Supervisor/Officer, then I was challenged to expand my coverage to Technical Supply Chain Commercialization (New Product Development) and then got bigger challenge in the general management, working as a Plant Operation Manager.
I think CCEP Indonesia is really a great company. It’s proven by how this company always strives to provide it’s employees bigger opportunities to learn and develop their capability. Even after 22 years of working here, I still get challenges, I am now leading the Supply Chain Planning & Customer Services, which is a new field for me. I’m excited to continue my journey here, and contribute my best to the company.
Aprilyta Gadis Nabila -
Sales Manager
I graduated from bachelor degree in early 2016. In mid 2016, I officially joined the CCEP Indonesia family through the Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) 16. I never imagined that I could join this renowned company. I mean, who doesn't know the Coca-Cola brand? I am proud, amazed and grateful for the time that was worth the wait.
I got my training at Cibitung then had the On Job Rotation at Jakarta operation. I present my On Job Rotation result to some Board of Directors and all Jakarta General Managers. I am deployed to Central Java Operation as an Assistant Sales Manager after graduated from GTP.
Being part of the sales team is always fun, where I can meet lots of people, chat and learn with everyone not only in the office, but also in the market. Besides, being a salesperson also taught me how to be a tough woman.
This company is a great place to learn, to impart every talent and every positive energy. Now I dream of becoming a future leader and being a role model by bringing positive vibes into my every being.
I still need to learn a lot, but I am grateful with every step I take and every person that I meet in this company, and I am always ready to growth!
International Women's Day
I am a woman and a mother. It is often challenging for a woman to become a working mother. But with a work environment that strongly supports gender equity, I can choose to be a working mother and pursue the same dream I had when I first joined CCEP. Women and men ave the same opportunities to thrive; the only difference is the 'force inside' to move forward and do their best to face our daily life challenges.

People with Disability
"Gratitude is important, because it makes us feel enough and content with what we have. With gratitude, we will feel happier, and we can balance physical disabilities with various achievements."
I graduated from SMKN 1 Sungailiat majoring in Marketing in 2017. I have attended disability-specific training at BBRVPD Cibinong (currently renamed the Inten Suweno Integrated Center), majoring in contact centers where the knowledge I got is helpful in my current job.
I have a disability and use one crutch as a daily walking aid. A short background story, I became disabled not from birth but from illness. When a was 7-8 years old, I had a high fever, then my right leg had redness, and I needed surgery. After the operation, it turned out that former surgey was followed by an infection, causing my bones to become porous so that the bone had to be removed.
I started joining CCEP in November 1, 2022, and I am indeed very happy, mixed with feeling proud because not everyone has the same opportunities as me.
The best and memorable moment when joining CCEP was when you were able to meet directly with the Leadership Team and take the plant tour to see the manufacturing and packaging process of our products.
