What was the application process like for CCEP’s programme?
The process was clear and straightforward. I applied online, completed an online cognitive assessment and pre-recorded interview, and then attended an assessment centre with the final candidates, which was followed by an in-person interview. I received the good news over the phone about a week later.
When did you join the programme and how has your experience been?
I joined CCEP in September 2021 and had the chance to rotate through several departments, which gave me a broad understanding of the business. Before I had even completed my apprenticeship, I secured a manager role – but still finished my degree. It has been an incredible journey so far!
What is your favourite part of working at CCEP?
It has to be the people. The culture here is amazing, and you’re truly looked after. You feel part of a great team , and that’s why so many people stay for years. It’s a company that values and supports its employees.
